RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The Augen recruitment process has been designed to allow us to identify and recruit talented and suitable candidates to join the "Augen Family" as Augeneers.
A typical Augeneer would have passed through the following steps:
- CV/resume vetting and a one-on-one meeting with one of our preferred recruitment agencies
- A first interview with our Technology Manager and Operations Manager
- Completed a technical questionnaire, as well as possibly undertaking one or more technical tests
- A second interview with our Chief Executive Officer and Operations Manager
- Received and discussed an employment offer document
