Augeneers have the ability to:
- Illustrate proficiency by the successful completion of each milestone/project and by exhibiting superior skills in all facets of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Develop skills in the Management of Projects and Client Relationships.
- Consistently document and deliver at every stage all relevant documents to the required standard.
- Adhere to all Client policies regarding Health and Safety, Terms and Conditions of Employment, Confidentiality etc.
- Supply feedback to appropriate Manager(s), as directed, of current status for all projects "In Progress" with which you are associated.
- Submit, in approved format, accurate and timely details of all Company and Client related tasks performed on a weekly basis.
- Adhere to all Company policies regarding Health and Safety, Terms and Conditions of Employment, Confidentiality etc.
- Submit realistic and achievable Growth Performance Measures to be used as performance measures.
Education & Experience
- Tertiary Qualification in Information Systems and or Commerce
- High skill levels with vast experience in:
- General software development using C# and/or Visual Basic .Net;
- Web development using ASP. Net, HTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript and VB Script;
- Database development using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 2005;
- Relational Database Design and SQL Query writing;
- Object Oriented programming principles.
- Excellent people skills.
- Proficient Analytical and Design skills.
- Has obtained or working towards Microsoft Developer Certifications (MCSD, MCAD, MCPD) and/or Microsoft Architect Programme .
- Experience in developing Web Services and\or Windows Services.
- EAI experience using BizTalk Server, SQL DTS\ Integration Services, or other relevant EAI tools.
- Windows Mobile development using .Net Compact Framework.
- Exposure to network infrastructure development and telecommunications technologies.
Key Skills & Aptitude
- Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Experience with recent versions of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio.
- Competent typing skills.
- Accurate Time Recording.
- Excellent written and oral communication of the English Language.
